Important Note:
  • It is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.
  • Entry fee for tourists will be 5 AED (Ticket) and for UAE residents entry fee will be 30 AED (NOL card), this charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable.
  • Guests must arrive at least 45 minutes before show time.
  • Seats are subject to availability & allocation; if the show is full guest will be asked to watch the next available time slot.
  • Transfer options will be arranged for this activity if you select the With Transfer option at the time of Booking.
  • The Pick up will be arranged from Dubai Hotels / Residence only and not from the Airport.
  • Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
  • Sharing transfers is available only from Deira, Bur Dubai. 
  • Dolphinarium reserve the right to refuse entry and to eject individual for reason of inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.
  • This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
  • Operational days and Timings are subject to change in the month of ramadan.
  • The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Ticket Policy:
  • Once the tickets are issued, the system does not allow any cancellations to the order
Child Policy:
  • Children under 5 years of age are free of cost as they are considered as infants
  • The child rate applies to children from the age of 5 years to 10 years
  • The children over the age of 10 are considered adults and charged the adult rate
